.DSPRESET - Decent Sampler preset

Note: To read a .DSLIBRARY file, just rename it to .ZIP, then unzip it to get to the .DSPRESET and .WAV files.
Similarly, to create a .DSLIBRARY, save your presets, then create a .ZIP from them, including the Samples subfolder.
