.INI - Gravis UltraSnd.ini bank setup

You can read the whole melodic bank 0 setup with all the associated patches from the UltraSnd.Ini file.
You can also write 'extract' .INI files for a complete bank that you can then paste into your UltraSnd.Ini file, this will also save all the patches referenced in the bank to .PAT files (they will be automatically named based on the name of the .ini extract file).
