.YADPCM - Raw Yamaha 4-bit ADPCM format

There's no standard file extension for this type of data and there's no way to auto-detect the format, so you'll have to use a .YADPCM file extension to make the program recognize what it is!
When reading, the data is assumed to be mono, 8000Hz and stored in big-endian format.
